Preparing Your Rug

Please follow the instructions below before dispatching your rug to us:

1. DO ensure that you put your dirty rug into a BLACK PLASTIC BAG.  Do not send your rug in its orginal bag as there is no guarantee that your rug will return back in the original bag.  (This is due to the large volume of rugs received at our premises)
2. Please ensure that your bag has your details inside of it with the following information, Your Name, Name of Yard, Rug Type & Description of Wash/Proof/Repairs Required (Where applicable)
3. If repairs need carrying out please specify with a lable of where you want these to be done.  If this is not carried out and you just say "Repair as Necessary" then a £ 1.00 charge will be applied for time examining the rug.
4. DO let us know if a rug is CONTAMINATED with ring worm or other infections as this can be dealt with.
5. DO NOT put more than one rug in a bag.
6. DO NOT send dirty rugs for REPAIR ONLY - due to health and safety law and the health of the machinest and sewing mashines, the rug must be washed first.

We will not be held responsible for any damages to a horse rug upon arrival.  If your rug is lost or damaged once it has left us to go for wash and/or repair, then your rug will be replaced.
