So how does it all work?

We can sort all your rug repairs and laudering and work in conjunction with one of the UK 's most renowned companies.  We offer a wide range of services which are listed below and you can either drop them off personally to our office or our courriers can be arranged to pick up and drop off from your yard or home.  (All courier charges are listed on our Delivery Charges Page) 

Your rug needs to be with us at;  4 Chartwell Gardens, Aldershot, Hampshire, GU11 2JH

By;  Tuesday at 3pm

Please call us on 08000 588 238 or send an email to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it to let us know how many rugs you will be sending/dropping off.  If you would like us to collect your rug from your home/yard you must call us no later than 3pm on a Friday so that we can arrange this in plenty of time.

We will have your rug back the following Wednesday.  Therefore if you would like to collect we ask that you do so on the following Thursday morning/afternoon.  If we are returning your rug through our courriers, it will leave on Thursday and will be with you on the Friday.
